Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with product selection and provide excellent customer service
Use previoussales experienceto achieve store sales goals
Assist customers with furniture and bedding purchases
Help withmoving products, including light lifting
Assist customers with delivery-related requirements when needed
Support basicmerchandising and visual presentationof the showroom
Help withfurniture assembly and setting up displays
Maintain a clean, organised and presentable showroom
Assist with stock handling and general store duties
Be a flexibleall-rounderand support the team wherever required
What We're Looking For:
Previousretail or sales experiencepreferred
Valuable communication and customer service skills
Comfortable with light physical work and lifting




Basic understanding ofmerchandising and product presentation
Practical and hands-on, with the ability to assist with furniture assembly
Reliable, punctual and willing to learn
Friendly, positive attitude and professional appearance
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Flexible availability, including weekends where required
