About the role

Mister Minh is an established Vietnamese restaurant in Richmond looking to grow the bar and nightlife side of the business. We're looking for a Bartender / Bar Person who wants to help build the bar, not just work behind it. This role offers genuine chance for the right person to take ownership, help shape the drinks offering and become an important part of where Mister Minh goes next.

Key responsibilities
Making cocktails, drinks, beers and wine
Looking after customers and creating a outstanding atmosphere
Helping develop and improve our cocktail offering
Keeping the bar clean, organised and well stocked
Helping with bar promotions and ideas to bring customers in
Creating an energetic and welcoming workplace
Working alongside our restaurant team




Helping us develop the bar into a stronger part of the business

About you
Has previous bartending or hospitality experience
Has a genuine interest in cocktails and drinks
Has personality and confidence
Enjoys talking to customers and creating an atmosphere
Is creative and willing to bring ideas to the table
Is reliable, proactive and takes ownership
Can work independently as well as part of a team
Has their RSA
