You will work with senior leadership to identify market opportunities, build referral pathways and grow a sustainable participant base.
You will recruit and lead a high-performing team, oversee operations, outcomes and compliance while driving revenue growth.
Experience across SIL, in-home supports or community participation is highly regarded.
