TheAustralian Reptile Parkis looking for an enthusiastic and motivatedFull-Time Kiosk 2ICto join our dynamic team.
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a hands-on leadership role, working closely with our Kiosk Supervisor to ensure our kiosk operates smoothly while delivering exceptional food and service to thousands of guests.

About the Role
As our Kiosk 2IC, you'll be at the heart of our daily food and beverage operations.
You'll play a key role in leading the team, supporting staff development, maintaining exceptional food safety standards, and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.
This is a varied, fast-paced position where you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact while working in one of Australia's most unique and exciting wildlife attractions.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing customer service team
Deliver outstanding customer experiences and confidently resolve guest enquiries
Ensure exceptional food safety, hygiene and presentation standards are maintained
Oversee safe food preparation and handling practices
Operate and reconcile cash registers and POS systems
Manage stock ordering, stocktakes and inventory control
Troubleshoot POS and computer systems when required
Support the day-to-day running of the kiosk to ensure smooth, efficient operations
Maintain a professional, positive and welcoming environment for guests and team members alike
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality and enjoys bringing out the best in others.
You'll have:
3-4 years' experience in a hospitality or food service supervisory role
A strong background in customer service and food handling
Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
Experience using POS systems and handling cash
Strong computer skills
Excellent communication and leadership skills
A positive attitude, strong work ethic and the ability to motivate a team
Current First Aid Certificate
Current NSW Working With Children Check
The ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment
Availability
This is afull-time position (38 hours per week)working acrossfive consecutive days (Tuesday to Saturday).
Applicants must also be available to work:
Weekends
Public holidays
School holiday periods
