Job Description
We have been engaged to search for a Team Lead to manage and motivate a team of phone based BDM's for one of our valued clients, a well known Non Bank Lender.
We are seeking a Team Lead with a minimum 2 years sales experience (ideally in Finance/Lending) who has a proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales target.
Ideally you will have experience in Home Lending in a Bank/Non Bank locally and have solid understanding of the Lending market.
