Key Responsibilities
Run discovery sessions to understand client workflows, pain points and goals
Design and build monday.com solutions including boards, automations, dashboards and integrations
Lead implementations end-to-end: scoping, configuration, data migration, testing and go-live
Manage project timelines, deliverables and client expectations across multiple concurrent engagements
Facilitate training and change management to drive user adoption
Configure integrations with tools like HubSpot, Xero, Google Workspace and custom APIs
Provide post-implementation support and identify optimisation opportunities
Contribute to internal IP development including templates, documentation and delivery methodologies
What We're Looking For
3-5+ years in implementation, consulting or systems rollout roles
Solid project management capability: you can plan, track and deliver work independently without needing close supervision
Strong experience with monday.com (or demonstrated ability to learn platforms quickly)
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Technical aptitude: comfortable with integrations, APIs, automations and data migration
Robust analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
Ability to juggle multiple client engagements with competing priorities
Based in Australia with flexibility to travel occasionally for client workshops
monday.com certification or partner experience
Formal project management training or certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar)
Experience in CRM implementation, workflow automation or digital transformation
Background in marketing agencies, government or professional services sectors
Familiarity with JIRA, Asana or other platforms (migration experience a plus)
Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies
