4. Design, configure and maintain payrollcomponents including; wage types, benefits integration, deductions, off-cycleactivity, garnishments, accumulations, date and period modifiers and reporting
5. Payroll Integrations

Experience in configuring UI mashups,Payroll Control Center
7. Configure and maintain all wage types anddetermine taxation rules, FI mapping, infotype association andpermissibilityrules
8. Lead and manage payroll workstream tocontribute to the overall project success
9. Experience with gap analysis andstrategicroadmap/blueprintdevelopment
10. Understanding of Time Offrules,configurationofTime Objects, like Time Profiles, Time Types and Time Sheets
11. Solid executive presence and ability tointeract with Customer Top Management
12. Experience in handling incidents and wellversed in error analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving.
13. Experiencein proactively monitoring solutions and application and suggest improvementareas.
