About the role
We are seeking a Parts/Sales professional to join our team at Diesel Repairs Professionals Pty Ltd in Mildura, VIC.
This full-time role is crucial in supporting the effective operations of our workshop and providing an exceptional customer experience.
What you'll be doing
Handling customer inquiries and orders for automotive parts and accessories
Maintaining and replenishing parts inventory based on demand
Accurately processing sales transactions and managing cash handling
Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to both walk-in and phone customers
Supporting the workshop team by promptly sourcing and delivering required parts
Participating in stock taking and other inventory management activities
Ensuring the parts department is well-organised and presentable at all times
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a parts or sales role within the automotive industry
Strong product knowledge and ability to quickly identify and source required parts
Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing a great customer experience
Proficient in using computerised inventory management and point-of-sale systems
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A positive, friendly and helpful attitude
