About the Role
You will:
Coordinate evidence collection and analyse insights from Communities of Practice and consultations
Support evaluation activities, outcome monitoring and evaluation framework development
Translate evidence into practical resources that support sector learning and improvement
Build and maintain relationships with research partners and key stakeholders
Contribute to collaborative projects, planning,



reporting and organisational priorities
Champion culturally responsive practice across all areas of work
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
A strong understanding of Aboriginal self-determination and the Victorian child and family services system
Experience working with Aboriginal organisations and communities, with a genuine commitment to community-controlled approaches
Strong project coordination and organisational skills
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic setting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desirable:Qualifications in community services, social work, education, business, project management or a related field.
