? About the Role
This role focuses oninsulation installation, primarily acrossnew build homes, with some work in existing residential properties.
Your responsibilities will include:
Installing ceiling insulation in new builds and residential homes
Working safely and efficiently in roof spaces
Loading, unloading and delivering materials
Assisting with general labouring duties on-site
This is ahands-on, physical role, suited to someone who enjoys active work.
⏰ Working Hours
Monday to Thursday:6:30am – 3:00pm
Friday:6:30am – 1:30pm

We're looking for someone with the right mindset and attitude:
Reliable and shows up ready to work
Strong work ethic and takes pride in doing a good job
Physically fit and comfortable working in roof spaces
Current driver's licence (essential)
Willing to learn and grow with the business
? Experience in construction or insulation is a bonus, but not essential - full training provided
