?About the Role
We're on the lookout for a friendly, proactive, and adaptable Medical Receptionist to join our team-offering a full-time opportunity across ourNambour and Noosaclinics.
You'll support patients and clinical teams through your organisation, empathy and attention to detail.
☀️A Day in the Life at SCR:
Welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism
Managing bookings, phones and patient enquiries
Processing accounts and billing (Medicare, private health, etc.)
Supporting our clinical teams daily
Handling confidential medical information with care




Liaising with referrers, doctors and patients about appointments/results
Attending training and team meetings

You're calm, positive and love helping people in a busy healthcare environment.
You'll bring:
Previous experience inMedical/Dental/Allied Health/Radiology reception
Knowledge ofmedical terminology
Solid computer & booking system skills
Excellent communication & presentation
Aprofessional, respectful and team-focused attitude
