About the role

Reporting totheOperationsManager,the successful candidate will manage multiple teams leading and delegatingto the company'ssite-basedForeman.
A major focus on this role is a strong focus on project delivery along with 3 years' experienceas a Civil Supervisor or Senior Foreman.This is afull-timepositionlocatedinour Somersby Deport servicing local and regional Southern NSW projects.

Duties


All Supervisor preliminary tasks (i.e. set up projects, communications, servicelocations/lowering)

Management of project delivery at outcomes (Program, Cost, Quality, Safety)

Escalation of significant issues to NSW Operations Manager/Project Manager

Manage Client relationship throughout project/s

Awareness of job scope and contractual issues

Skills &Experience;


3-years' experience ina previousSupervisor or Senior Foreman role





Demonstrated knowledge of civil construction preferably with an exposure to stabilisation rehabilitation practice

Demonstrated project deliveryexpertise

Project Management/Civil Construction or other qualifications in support of the above criteria
