About the Role
n
We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator / Systems Engineer to support a large enterprise operational setting. The role focuses on endpoint management, identity services, security operations and day-to-day infrastructure support, while contributing to ongoing improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
n
Administer and support Microsoft SCCM and Intune
n
Manage Windows endpoint patching and application deployments
n
Package applications using SCCM, Patch My PC and Intune
n
Monitor and remediate Microsoft Defender and Sentinel alerts
n
Support vulnerability management and remediation
n
Administer Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
n
Manage application allow-listing (Airlock) and network segmentation (Illumio)
n




Liaise with the managed SOC (Kordia) and end users to resolve security incidents
n
Manage incidents and requests through ServiceNow
n
Contribute to small infrastructure and security projects
n
Required Skills
n
SCCM / MECM and Microsoft Intune
n
Windows endpoint administration and patching
n
Application packaging and deployment
n
Microsoft Defender and Sentinel
n
Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
n
Vulnerability management
n
ServiceNow
n
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
n
Desirable: Experience with Airlock, Illumio, Patch My PC, or working alongside a Security Operations Centre (SOC).
