Project Manager – Industrial Commercial Construction
I am currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established and growing Queensland construction business with a strong pipeline of industrial and commercial projects across Greater Brisbane.
This is a newly created opportunity driven by continued growth and several recent large-scale project wins, providing the successful candidate with the opportunity to take ownership of major projects and play a key role within the business.
With a strong reputation for quality project delivery and long-standing relationships across clients, consultants and subcontractors, the business has built a solid presence in the Queensland construction market.
With further growth ahead, they are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team and deliver projects from pre-construction through to completion.
You will be responsible for managing industrial and commercial construction projects valued up to $80M, working closely with the site and project teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, commercially and to a high standard.
Responsibilities
Manage projects from pre-construction through to practical completion
Lead and coordinate site, contracts and project teams
Manage budgets, programs, procurement and project delivery
Oversee subcontractor and consultant relationships
Manage variations, EOTs, claims and commercial outcomes
Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to specification
About You
I'm looking for a proven Project Manager with experience delivering large-scale industrial, commercial or similarly complex construction projects.
Solid experience managing projects valued $30M+
Excellent commercial and contractual knowledge
Strong leadership and communication skills
A track record of delivering projects from start to finish
The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
A hands-on, collaborative approach to project delivery
