The Opportunity

Join the a growing finance team of a leading property group dedicated to delivering exceptional services and outstanding results. With a commitment to professionalism, integrity, and innovation, they specialise in premium property sales and property management.

This is a hands‐on role that offers exposure across a broad range of accounting functions, ideal for a junior accountant or experienced bookkeeper looking to grow their career in a supportive and quick‐paced environment. You will work closely with the Head of Finance, a highly experienced leader passionate about mentoring and developing the team.

The Challenge
n
Reporting into the Head of Finance, your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers
n
Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions
n
Managing trust accounts and marketing reconciliations
n
Processing payroll, superannuation, employee entitlements and other payroll compliance tasks
n
Reconciling bank statements and financial accounts
n
Preparing and lodging BAS, GST, and payroll tax (if applicable)
n




Assisting in the preparation of financial reports
n
Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies
n
n
The Expertise
n
Please consider applying if you possess the following:
n
n
1-3+ years of experience in a comparable
Bookkeeper/Accounts
-All Rounder/Junior Accountant position
n
Experience in real estate or trust accounting (advantageous, not essential)
n
Exposure to Xero (highly regarded)
n
Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to liaise with key stakeholders
n
A positive, can‐do attitude with great attention to detail
n
