General Practitioner - 100% of Incentive to the GP

How much of the bulk billing incentive does your practice actually pass on? Here it's all of it. The triple incentive goes to the GP in full, nothing clipped by the practice, on top of a 75% split. And while you build, a $180 an hour guarantee for 6 months. Not 3. Doctor-owned and led, looking after the same community for 17 years. The patient base is largely Chinese background, with Mandarin and Cantonese spoken across the practice, so a bilingual GP would do well here.

The current doctors are at capacity and there are spare consulting rooms, so books are busy from day 1 with no wait on space. There's scope to book at 6 patients an hour if you want to be busy, so the earnings here are real rather than theoretical.
