We are seeking an experienced Lead Cabinet Maker Installer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled tradesperson who takes pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship, leading installations, and producing high-quality custom cabinetry.

This position is primarily site based installing jobs across Melbourne but mostly the Inner Eastern suburbs, with factory work in Kilsyth to fill hours between installations.

About the role:
n
This is a dual site-based and factory role
n
Lead and complete high-quality cabinet installations on residential projects
n
Coordinate with clients, builders, designers, and other trades on-site
n
Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
n
Carry out accurate fitting, adjustments, and finishing work
n
Troubleshoot installation challenges and provide practical solutions
n
Mentor and support other team members where required
n




Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and professionalism
n
About you:

Extensive experience as a cabinet maker and installer
n
Strong knowledge of custom cabinetry construction and installation
n
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
n
Confident working independently and managing projects on-site
n
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
n
Reliable, organised, and skilled approach
