The role
You'll work closely with deal leads across the full investment lifecycle, with a genuine weighting toward the commercial and value-creation work that strong consultants tend to enjoy most.
Responsibilities include:
Leading commercial due diligence: market sizing, competitive dynamics, growth thesis testing, and pressure-testing the operational levers behind each deal
Partnering with portfolio companies post-investment on strategy, performance improvement, and value-creation initiatives — working alongside management to turn the thesis into results




Building the financial models and valuation analysis that underpin investment conviction
Preparing investment papers and materials for the investment committee
Contributing to origination, market mapping, and thesis development
About you
2-4 years of experience, ideally from a top-tier strategy consultancy (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or a bulge-bracket investment bank
Exceptional analytical and financial modelling capability
Robust commercial judgement and the drive to move from advising on decisions to owning them
Collaborative, low-ego, and comfortable with real responsibility in a lean, high-performing team
