We're looking for experienced Carpenters, both metal and timber.

About the Role
n
Working alongside our construction team, you'll complete carpentry for new homes and granny flats.
n
You'll work across both our manufacturing facility and construction sites, giving you variety while maintaining consistent, ongoing work.
n
Our teams go out to install expander homes, modular homes and build traditional granny flats or homes, so the ability to travel and stay overnight on occasions is essential.
n
This is a hands-on role where quality workmanship, reliability and teamwork are valued every day.
n
Your Responsibilities
n
Assisting with framing, roofing and internal fit-outs
n
Installing and assembling building components
n
Supporting the team across different stages of construction
n
Working on sites across Sydney and interstate when required
n




Work closely with Site Supervisors and other trades to deliver projects on time.
n
Ensure all work complies with Australian Standards.
n
Maintain high standards of safety and workmanship.
n
Mentor apprentices and support less experienced team members.
n
Help identify improvements to onsite productivity and quality.
n
About You
n
We're looking for someone who has:
n
Certificate III in Carpentry + experience in residential construction.
n
The ability to read construction plans and robust knowledge of Australian construction standards.
n
A White Card and current driver's licence.
n
A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
n
Pride in producing quality work.
n
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
The flexibility to travel (and overnight stays) to regional NSW or to the Gold Coast.
n
Bonus Points If You Have
n
Experience building homes or granny flats.
n
Experience leading or mentoring other carpenters.
n
A desire to progress into a Leading Hand or Team Leader role.
n
