The Role
n
This is a hands‐on Accounts Officer position with a strong focus on Accounts Payable, while also providing support across Accounts Receivable and general finance administration.
n
n
High-volume processing of supplier invoices using MYOB
n
Preparing payment runs, schedules and ABA files
n
Supplier statement reconciliations and resolving account queries
n
Managing payment terms, approvals and supporting documentation
n
Daily banking and account reconciliations
n
Assisting with customer invoicing and debtor follow-up
n
Operational reconciliations including fuel, tolls and reimbursements




n
Supporting month-end processes and inter companyinvoicing
n
Responding to supplier and customer account enquiries
n
General finance administration and support to the wider team
n

The Candidate
n
We're looking for an experienced Accounts Officer who enjoys being hands‐on and takes pride in keeping things accurate and organised.
n
To be successful, you will ideally have:
n
n
MYOB experience
n
Previous exposure to both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
n
Good reconciliation and problem‐solving skills
n
Confidence dealing directly with suppliers and customers
n
The ability to follow up outstanding items via phone and email
n
Strong attention to detail and a reliable, team‐focused approach
n
