We're now looking for aStore Manager to lead our Newport store. This is a hands‐on leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a quick‐paced retail environment, enjoys developing people, has a passion for great products and knows how to bring a team together to deliver outstanding results every day.

About the role
n
As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of your store and play a key role in delivering a great experience for both customers and your team.
n
n
Leading, coaching, and developing a high‐performing retail team.
n
Creating a welcoming environment where customers receive great service and product recommendations.
n
Driving sales growth, profitability, and overall store performance.
n
Managing day‐to‐day operations, including labour, stock control, and store presentation.
n
Ensuring compliance with liquor regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
n
Building a positive team culture where people feel supported, motivated,



and accountable.
n
Maintaining high store standards and ensuring the Bottle Stop brand is represented at its best.
n
Taking ownership of your store and treating it like your own business.

About you
n
We're looking for a passionate retail leader who:

Has experience leading a team in retail, liquor, hospitality, or another customer‐focused environment.
n
Is driven by achieving results and enjoys working towards commercial targets.
n
Leads from the front and isn't afraid to be hands‐on.
n
Has strong communication skills and the ability to build great relationships with customers and team members.
n
Enjoys developing people and creating a positive team environment.
n
Understands the importance of customer service, compliance, and operational excellence.
n
Takes pride in presentation, product knowledge and delivering a great customer experience.
n
