Job Description
We're on the lookout for a proactive, experienced Haulage Supervisor to lead daily bulk haulage operations out of Port Hedland, manage fleet performance, and supervise a team of drivers to ensure smooth, secure, and timely material movement.

About The Role

Oversee day-to-day site haulage operations
n
Drive a strong safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives
n
Coordinate dispatch and delivery schedules to minimise downtime
n
Lead, support and develop a team of drivers and operators
n
Monitor fleet performance and ensure vehicles are maintained
n
Conduct regular compliance and safety checks, including pre-start meetings, safety briefings, and incident investigations
n
Maintain accurate records and operational documentation
n
Liaise with internal teams and contractors for seamless coordination
n
n
About You
n
n
Proven supervisory experience within Bulk Haulage or Mining Haulage operations
n
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft software
n
Strong leadership and team management skills
n
Hold a current S26 Statutory Supervisor Certification, or be willing to obtain
n




Sound knowledge of logistics, fleet operations & scheduling
n
Clear and confident leadership with excellent communication skills
n
Organised, reliable and solutions-focused under pressure
n
Hands-on, practical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
n
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical & drug and alcohol screening
n
