About the role
n
Reporting to
theOperationsManager,
the successful candidate will manage multiple teams leading and delegatingto the company'ssite-basedForeman. A major focus on this role is a strong focus on project delivery along with 3 years' experienceas a Civil Supervisor or Senior Foreman.This is afull-
timepositionlocatedin
our Somersby Deport servicing local and regional Southern NSW projects.

Duties
n
n
All Supervisor preliminary tasks (i.e. set up projects, communications, service
locations/lowering)
n
Management of project delivery at outcomes (Program, Cost, Quality, Safety)
n
Escalation of significant issues to NSW Operations Manager/Project Manager
n
Manage Client relationship throughout project/s
n




Awareness of job scope and contractual issues
n
n
Skills &Experience;
n
n
3-years' experience ina previousSupervisor or Senior Foreman role
n
Demonstrated knowledge of civil construction preferably with an exposure to stabilisation rehabilitation practice
n
Demonstrated project deliveryexpertise
n
Project Management/Civil Construction or other qualifications in support of the above criteria
n
