In this role, you will take ownership of project planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, risk and issue management, and end-to-end delivery. You will work closely with business stakeholders, vendors, subject matter experts and technical teams to translate business priorities into successful project outcomes. This role is a 12-month fixed term contract based in Darwin, NT.

What You'll Do
n

Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex business and technology projects from planning through to implementation.
n
Develop and maintain
comprehensiveproject
plans, schedules, milestones and delivery controls.
n
Lead project governance, reporting and assurance activities.
n
Manage projectrisks, issues, dependencies, actions and change requests.
n
Work closely with business stakeholders, vendors, subject matter experts and delivery teams.
n
Facilitate workshops, meetings and project governance forums.
n
Translate business requirements and priorities into clear project outcomes and delivery plans.
n
Provide strong leadership across multidisciplinary project teams and stakeholders.
n
Support
organisationalchange
management and transformation
activitiesassociated
with new technology capabilities.
n
Identify, analyse and manage complex business, regulatory and operational requirements.
n
Monitor project performance, budgets, timelines, resources and quality to ensure successful delivery.

Provide clear and concise project reporting to senior stakeholders and governance groups.
n
Lead the resolution of complex project risks, issues and competing priorities.
n
Ensure appropriate governance, probity and project controls are maintained throughout delivery.
n
Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, registers and supporting artefacts.
n
Work collaboratively with technical teams to understand solution design, integration and implementation considerations.
n
Use tools such asJira, SharePoint, Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Officeto manage and communicate project information.

What You'll Bring
n
n
5–10 years of experiencein formal Project Management roles.
n
Proven experience deliveringcomplex business and technology projectsfrom initiation through to implementation.
n
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, frameworks, planning and delivery controls.
n
Demonstrated expertise inrisk and issue management, governance, reporting and project assurance.
n
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across business, technical and vendor environments.
n
Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Proven ability to manage complex risks, issues and competing priorities while maintaining delivery momentum.
n
Experience
supportingorganisational
change and business
transformationassociated
with technology implementations.
n
Strong understanding of project governance, probity and strategic planning.
n




Ability to analyse
complexlegislative,
regulatory and business requirementsand translate them into practical project outcomes.
n
Robust proficiency withMicrosoft Office, Visio, Jira and SharePoint, or the ability to quickly learn new tools.
n
Understanding ofIT service management principleswould be advantageous.
n
Experience working with technical teams acrosssystem analysis, solution design, integration and interfaces.
n
Experience within large, complex and high-profile ICT project or program environments is highly desirable.
n
Government or public-sector project experience would be advantageous.
n
Strong ability to communicate complex technical and analytical information in clear, meaningful language.
n
Highly organised, accountable and self-motivated, with a strong focus on delivery.
n
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
n
A collaborative and respectful approach, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
