Seventh-day Adventist Schools (Victoria) Ltd is seeking an
enthusiasticClassroomTeacher
to join the team at Heritage College, Officer Campus.

This is a full-time and permanentposition. This position is open to graduates and commences at the beginning of the **** school year.

The successful candidate will demonstrate that they:

Plan, prepare and teach programs to achieve specific student outcomes
n
Use critical reflection to improve the knowledge, learning and skills of students
n
Use multiple sources of feedback on their classroom practice to inform their professional learning goals
n
Show a willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues to improve teaching and learning within the school and the wider Seventh-day Adventist school system
n
Can support and actively promote, and not undermine, the Christian-based values and ethos of the College based on the mission of the Seventh-day Adventist Church
n
Have the capacity to teach the Australian curriculum in the context of the College's Christian-based ethos
n
Can plan for and lead daily Christian-based class devotions to students
n

Bachelor of Education
n
VIT Registered Teacher
n

The salary range is $86k-128k based on years of experience.
