We're excited to welcome a Nurse Manager / Program Manager to our Continuing Care Team South, Eating Disorder Services!
n
Your opportunity is to manage the operational delivery of clinical services for this multi-disciplinary clinical team within the Continiung Care Team within Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service. You will also apply well-developed clinical knowledge and skills to contribute to the strategic direction of this team and provide authoritative advice to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Deliver a specialist level of skill in one or more areas of a complex or critical nature with the ability to independently apply specialist and novel judgement to meet the needs of patients across the continuum of care.
n
Provide high-level clinical support and advice to staff within the multidisciplinary team (MDT) with the management and problem solving regarding clinically complex patients.
n
Possess advanced clinical leadership abilities and facilitates the integration of services across specialties within a clinical area to coordinate the delivery of effective community / sub-acute team services across Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service.
