About the Role
n
We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join our Sydney team and lead growth across our medico-legal services. In this full-time, on-site role, you'll expand our client base and strengthen relationships with law firms, insurers, and government agencies.
n
Responsibilities:
n
n
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the Medico-legal sector
n
Build and maintain robust relationships with law firms, insurers, and government agencies
n
Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies
n
Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation through to conversion
n
Prepare proposals and tenders, and coordinate client presentations and meetings
n
Gather client feedback to inform service improvements
n
Partner closely with clinical and operations teams to align offerings with market needs
n
Support marketing initiatives and report on performance, forecasts, and market trends
n




Represent Evaluate Medicolegal at networking events and industry forums
n
n
Qualifications & Requirements:
n
n
Bachelor's degree
n
Proven business development, sales, and account management experience, ideally within professional services or healthcare
n
A track record of generating and converting leads with institutional clients such as law firms, insurers, or government agencies
n
Strong market research, pipeline management, and CRM skills
n
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
n
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and collaborate across teams
n
Background in healthcare, insurance, legal, or medico-legal settings highly regarded, along with familiarity with workers' compensation or personal injury frameworks
n
n
Willingness to work On-site in Sydney, with flexibility to travel for client visits, meetings, and industryevents.
