in Widwifery (AIMs) to join our healthcare team in Royal North Shore Hospital, Ryde Hospital, Macquarie Hospital, Hornsby Hospital.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to aged care residents
n
Conduct assessments, administer medications,



and manage care plans
n
Supervise and support Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs)
n
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards
n
Liaise with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care
n
n

Requirements
n

Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
n
Cert 3 In Health Service Assistance / Bachelor of Nursing Student
n
Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and Accreditation Requirements
n
Current Police Check
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check preferred
n
Up-to-date immunisations, including COVID-19 and Influenza
n
Excellent communication, clinical, and leadership skills
n
