Azora is a fast growing non-bank lender specialising in commercial asset finance, consumer car loans and home loans. We are seeking a motivated and reliable Collector to join our Commercial Asset Finance team.

Your Responsibilities | How you will make a difference
n

We are seeking commercial asset finance collector to join our team.
n
Correspond with customers in arrears over the phone and email to understand their situation and find reasonable solutions based on both business and customer needs.
n
Manage a portfolio of accounts (30+ days), contact customers and make suitable arrangements for repayment of arrears in order to minimise delinquency and losses.
n




Negotiate acceptable repayment arrangements with customers
n
Identify financial hardship and work with the Collections Manager / Hardship team to provide suitable financial assistance.
n

Your Skills & Experience | A little bit about you...
n
n
2+ years experience in commercial or consumer collections, including demonstrated 30+ days experience
n
Working knowledge of Privacy Act
n
Sound knowledge of collections processes
n
A 'can do' and proactive approach to your work
n
Collaborative and teamwork a must!
n
Commercial thinking
n
Time management and organisation skills
n
Explicit written and verbal communication skills
n
Punctual and reliable
n
