Job Description

We're looking for anArea Manager to lead ourNorth Lakes and Burpengary locations on afull-time, 12-month fixed-term basis.
n
This is a hands-on leadership role whereyou'llsupport your teams on the ground, coach performance, solve
operationalchallenges,and
ensure the right vehicles are available for customers.

Your Role

Lead the overall performance of the North Lakes and Burpengary locations.

Coach and develop team members to achieve customer service,sales,and operational targets.

Build a

Resolve customer escalations and support the team in delivering outstanding service.
n
Manage
rostering,productivity,andlabourcosts
to meet operational needs.

Support fleet planning and vehicle availability to ensure smooth daily operations.

Monitor KPIsand branchperformance, implementing action plans whererequired.
n
Maintain
safety,compliance,and
operational standards across both locations.

Your Skills
n
n
Operational
Leadership:Experience
leading teams within car rental,
transport,logistics,
fleet, tourism,
hospitality,accommodationor
similar operational environments.
n
People Leadership:Proven ability to coach staff, manage performance and create a culture of accountability and teamwork.
n
Customer Focus:Experience handling customer issues,
resolvingescalations,and
driving positive service outcomes.
n
Commercial
Awareness:Comfortable
working with KPIs, budgets,
productivitymeasuresand
operational reporting.
n
Planning & Problem Solving:Able to manage competing priorities, solve
operationalchallenges,and
keep operations running smoothly.
n




Hands-On Approach:Willing to support frontline operations whenrequiredand lead by example. This is not a desk-based leadership role.

Car rental experience will be highly regardedbutis not essential.
n
All successful applicants must complete a National Criminal History Check, hold a current full driver'slicence, and have full Australian working rights.
