We're currently seeking a highly organised and motivated HR Advisor to join our South Walker Creek mine site on a full time, fixed-term contract for two years. Reporting directly to the HR Superintendent, this role provides end-to-end HR support to leaders and employees across the operation.

What You'll Be Doing

Partnering with operational leaders to deliver proactive HR support across workforce planning, organisational development, employee relations, and performance management
n
Supporting organisational change initiatives and managing projects
n
Champion employee engagement programs
n
Shaping talent strategy and leadership development across a growing business.

Providing expert HR advice that is practical, strategic and trusted
n

What You'll Bring
n
n
Proven experience in a HR advisory or business partnering role in mining or heavy industry
n
Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
Experience with HR Information Systems, preferably SuccessFactors
n
Ability to manage projects and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment
n
A collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement
