We're building the brigade for our current Kent Town venue — whether you're a Commi ready to level up, or a solid cook keen to sharpen your skills in a kitchen that'll actually push you.

WHAT'S ON YOUR PASS

Nailing dishes to recipe, portion and presentation, every single service
n
Owning your section — mise, cleanliness, stock rotation, quality control
n
Moving across pub dining, café, catering and functions as the day demands
n
Keeping the CDPs and Sous in the loop through service
n
Backing up the kitchen hands and keeping the vibe tight
n
HACCP, WHS and food safety, locked in every shift
n

YOU'VE GOT
n
n
Solid experience in a high-volume kitchen
n
Genuine pride in what leaves your section
n
Cert III in Commercial Cookery — done or in progress, big plus
n
Fitness for the pace, a cool head under fire, and a team-first attitude
n
Availability across brekkie, lunch and dinner shifts
n
