Randstad is hiring a talented Senior HV
Tester/Commissioning
Engineer for a NSP on brownfield and greenfield substations. If you have an advanced diploma or bachelor of engineering, are experienced in HV testing and primary & secondary systems,
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Plan and lead testing and commissioning activities for brownfield and greenfield 22kV-500kV Substation projects
n
Coordinate outage activities with a strong focus on safety and teamwork
n
Conduct Protection & Control relay testing
n
Perform IEC***** system testing
n
Carry out Primary Plant testing & commissioning
n
Manage drawings, ITPs, defects, and RFIs
n
n
Experience:
n
n
Significant experience in brownfield and greenfield substation projects
n
Advanced Diploma of ESI Power Systems or an Electrical Engineering Degree
n
Robust background in ESI testing and commissioning
n




Experience within Australian
transmission/distribution
networks
n
Proficiency with Doble and/or Omicron secondary injection test equipment and other primary plant test tools
n
Certifications such as VESI or AusNet Certified very desirable
n
n
