Tony Hollands Funerals is a family-owned Brisbane funeral home, proudly providing quality funeral services across South East Queensland. We are seeking a compassionate and professional individual with experience in reception and/or the funeral industry to join our dedicated team.

This is a full time position (40 hours per week) with opportunities for progression within the company.

In possession of a current QLD Open Driver's Licence and own vehicle
n
Current Open Driver's Licence and own transport
n
Professional, conservative appearance

A caring and empathetic nature, with sensitivity and respect for grieving families
n
Office experience preferred
n




Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive documents
n
Competence in filing and data management
n
Excellent telephone manner
n
Customer service focused with a "can-do" attitude
n
Team-oriented and willing to assist across various tasks
n
Availability to commence immediately
n

Key Duties
n

Answering phone calls and responding to emails
n
Preparing and sending quotes
n
Data entry and general administrative tasks
n
Greeting and assisting families and visitors
n
Completing Microsoft Word and general computing work
n
Banking and maintaining cleanliness across all facilities
n
Assisting at funeral services as required
n
