We're looking for a motivated and experienced Restaurant, Bar & Gaming Professional to join our team and help deliver an outstanding experience for members and guests.

About the Role
n
Full Time, Part Time and Casual Staff positions available–Working across our restaurant, bar and gaming operations, you will play an significant role in creating a welcoming, professional and enjoyable environment for our guests.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Providing friendly, efficient and professional customer service
n
Taking food and beverage orders and delivering quality service
n
Preparing and serving beverages in accordance with venue standards
n
Supporting restaurant and bar operations during busy service periods
n
Assisting with gaming operations and maintaining a safe, responsible environment
n
Processing payments and handling cash accurately
n
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene
n
Following responsible service of alcohol and responsible gambling requirements
n
Working collaboratively with the wider hospitality team
n




Assisting with opening and closing procedures as required
n

About You
n
We're looking for someone who:
n
n
Has previous experience in hospitality, ideally across restaurant, bar or gaming operations
n
Has a genuine passion for customer service
n
Is confident, friendly and well presented
n
Can work effectively in a busy, team-oriented environment
n
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Is reliable, punctual and flexible with availability
n
Has a strong understanding of responsible service practices
n
Holds relevant Australian hospitality
licences/certifications,
where required
n
Is willing to learn and contribute positively to the team
n
