About the Role

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our pharmacy team and ensuring every customer receives outstanding service and care. You will contribute to the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy while helping create a welcoming and professional environment for both customers and team members.

What We Require

Experienced Pharmacy Assistant with S2/S3 certification
n
Reliable, punctual, and committed to being a positive member of the team
n
Excellent time management and organisational skills
n
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
n
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building solid customer relationships
n
A willingness to learn and further develop your pharmacy knowledge and skills
n
Dispensary experience highly regarded, or a willingness to upskill and learn
n
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
n

Tasks & Responsibilities

Working alongside the team to deliver outstanding customer care and service,



supporting the delivery of pharmacy products and professional services
n
Cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) transactions
n
Executing catalogues, promotions and planograms
n
Organising and maintaining the presentation and visual appeal of the pharmacy
n
Supporting day-to-day pharmacy operations
n
Contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture
n
