Our Traffic Management division is led by adedicated Operations Managerand operates within HRMS's Integrated Management System (IMS).
Our teams support projects acrossgovernment, utilities, civil, industrial, and high‐risk environments,working to approvedTraffic Management Plans (TMPs)andTraffic Guidance Schemes (TGSs)that meetMain Roads WA requirements.
We deliberately buildbalanced crews— experienced Traffic Controllers leading and mentoring team members — supported by structured planning, proper equipment, and professional leadership.

ExperiencedTraffic ControllersandTeam Leaders
Entry‐level / accredited Traffic Controllers
(training and buddy mentoring provided by HRMS)
Truck Mounted Attenuator (TMA) Operators
Advanced Worksite Traffic Managers (AWTM)

BWTM / Traffic Controller accreditationandWhite Card
WTM / AWTM / TMA‐O(highly regarded)
Valid Full driver's license (MR / HR highly regarded)

Availability forday, night, and weekend works
