Medical Receptionist - Specialist Endocrinology Practice

Are you an experienced and friendly Medical Receptionist looking to join a supportive, patient-focused specialist practice?

We are a modern, growing endocrinology clinic located in the heart of Brighton, committed to providing exceptional patient care in a welcoming and professional setting. We are seeking a motivated Medical Receptionist to become an integral part of our close-knit team.

About the Role
n
This is a permanent part time position, working 3-5 days per week, with flexibility to suit the successful applicant. Some remote work from home may also be available following training and induction.
n
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive patient experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of our busy specialist practice.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Welcoming patients and providing exceptional customer service
n
Managing appointments and specialist clinic schedules
n
Answering telephone and email enquiries
n
Processing Medicare and private health fund claims
n
Managing patient records and correspondence
n
Liaising with GPs, specialists and allied health providers
n
General administrative and reception duties
n
n
About You
n




To be successful in this role you will have:
n
n
Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist (specialist practice experience highly regarded)
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
A warm, compassionate and professional manner
n
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
n
The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
n
Confidence using medical software (experience preferred; comprehensive training in our practice management software will be provided)
n
