This established builder has built a strong reputation for delivering technically complex, high-quality projects throughout Melbourne. Its portfolio includes luxury homes, mixed use apartments and multi-level aged care developments valued up to $60 million.

With a healthy pipeline across Melbourne's Bayside, the business is seeking a General Foreman to support the Site Manager and help drive the successful delivery of its upcoming projects.
n
The Role
n
Working closely with the Site Manager, you will coordinate daily site activities, manage subcontractors and maintain the high standards of quality, safety and presentation expected across these premium projects.
n
Key responsibilities will include:
n
n
Coordinating subcontractors, trades and site activities
n
Assisting with short-term programming and construction sequencing
n
Monitoring workmanship and ensuring finishes meet project standards
n
Conducting site inspections and identifying defects
n
Supporting site safety, inductions and compliance requirements
n
Coordinating deliveries, materials and site logistics




n
Reviewing drawings and resolving construction issues
n
Providing regular progress updates to the Site Manager
n
n
About You
n
To be considered, you will ideally have:
n
n
Previous experience as a Foreman, Site Supervisor or Leading Hand
n
A strong background in high-end residential or commercial construction
n
Experience delivering complex, multi-level projects
n
Excellent knowledge of finishes, detailing and quality control
n
Strong subcontractor coordination and communication skills
n
A thorough understanding of construction programs and sequencing
n
Current White Card and relevant trade qualifications
n
A professional, solutions-focused approach
n
Use of QA program Visibuild or equivalent.
n
