Genus Industrial Services is a leading construction and maintenance company servicing the Mining, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure and Power Generation sectors, as a subsidiary of the GenusPlus Group (ASX:GNP).

The Role:
n
Genus Industrial Services are seeking a Logistics Manager, to efficiently manage the purchasing and logistics for the business.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Build and maintain solid relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and account management networks.
n
Develop and optimize logistics models to meet project demands, including managing procurement and logistics processes.
n
Oversee supplier onboarding, ensuring compliance with certification and commercial requirements.
n
Prepare and maintain procurement reports on project status, including weekly/monthly progress updates.
n
Manage and update the supplier register with accurate commercial documentation.
n
Collaborate with Commercial and Finance teams to meet project procurement and logistics needs.




n
Administer quality management processes, including supply claims for damages or shortages.
n
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and implement cost-saving supply chain processes.
n
Lead global transportation sourcing, including cost/service improvements, RFI/RFP/RFQ management, and strategic negotiations.
n

Essential Skills /
Qualifications/Experience:
n
n
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
n
Strong safety record and knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety.
n
Current National Police Clearance
n
High-level customer relationship management skills.
n
In-depth understanding of Incoterms and strong attention to detail.
n
Proficient with PC, printers, scanners, internet, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
n
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
n
Highly organised, able to prioritise tasks and work independently or as part of a team.
n
