We're partnering with a highly regarded, purpose-driven migration law firm that is experiencing significant growth and is looking for an experienced Senior Migration Lawyer / Senior Consultant to join its Sydney team.

The role
n
You'll manage your own portfolio of corporate clients, providing strategic immigration advice across a broad range of complex matters. Working with minimal supervision, you'll become a trusted adviser to clients while contributing to the firm's continued growth.
n
n
Advising on complex Australian migration matters, including skilled, employer-sponsored and investment visas.
n
Managing matters from initial instruction through to successful outcome.
n
Developing tailored immigration strategies for corporate and individual clients.
n
Preparing high-quality applications, submissions and advocacy to the Department of Home Affairs.
n
Building long-term client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
n
Supporting business development initiatives, networking and thought leadership.
n




Mentoring junior team members and contributing to a collaborative team culture.
n

About you
n
You will be an experienced migration professional who enjoys combining technical excellence with commercial advice.
n
n
Minimum 5 years PQE
n
Experience working with corporate clients
n
Current OMARA registration (or relevant legal qualifications).
n
Extensive experience managing Australian migration matters autonomously.
n
Strong technical knowledge of employer-sponsored, skilled and investment visa pathways.
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
n
Commercial acumen and a client-focused approach.
n
A genuine interest in mentoring others and contributing to a growing business.
n
