EDRMS Technical Administrator | NV1 Clearance | Full-Time Onsite, Canberra
We are seeking an experienced
EDRMS Technical Administrator
to support the administration, configuration and technical operations of a large enterprise Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS).
The successful candidate will have solid
Content Manager
experience, excellent Microsoft technical skills and experience supporting enterprise applications, integrations and infrastructure in a complex ICT environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administer, configure and support the
Content Manager
application.
Support the management, co-location and consolidation of global EDRMS datasets.
Troubleshoot technical issues across applications, systems and networks.
Provide technical advice on EDRMS integrations, documentation and change requests.
Support the interfacing of business applications with Content Manager.
Work with Microsoft operating systems, including configuration, maintenance and patching.
Support enterprise virtualisation environments.
Understand the impact of the broader ICT environment on EDRMS operations.
Work with technical and business stakeholders to deliver reliable information management services.
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience supporting, configuring and developing the
Content Manager
application.
Experience integrating business applications with
Content Manager
.
Strong experience with
Microsoft Operating System configuration,



maintenance and patching
.
Experience with virtualisation platforms, including:
VMware vSphere
Nutanix AHV
Citrix Workspace
Robust understanding of enterprise ICT environments and technical troubleshooting.
Certificate IV, Diploma or Degree in
Information Technology, Information Management
or equivalent demonstrated experience.
Current NV1 security clearance is mandatory.

Digital Information Management
Records Management
DevOps and Agile practices
SFIA Skills
Experience aligned to the following SFIA skill areas is desirable:
Application Support (ASUP) - Level 4
System Software (SYSP) - Level 4
Database Administration (DBAD) - Level 4
