Australian Staffing Agency is currently seeking experienced Pick Packers to join a busy, fast-paced warehouse operation based in Marsden Park. If you're reliable, detail-focused, and ready to hit the ground running, we want to hear from you.

Shifts & Pay Rates:

Day Shift (AM): Rotating roster | Start between 6:00am - 9:00am | $***** p/h Flexibility with start times is essential
n

About the Role:
n
In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient handling of warehouse operations. Your duties will include:
n
n
ECOM picking and packing orders according to specifications
n
Using RF scanners and warehouse systems to process orders
n
Meeting daily KPIs and productivity targets
n
Packing goods safely in line with client requirements
n
Sorting, labelling, and organising stock
n
Conducting quality checks to ensure accuracy and product condition
n




Processing returned goods and inspecting items for damage or missing components
n
Restocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels
n
Processing inbound and outbound stock
n
Manual handling of products (up to *****kg)
n
Following all workplace health and safety procedures
n
Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
n
n
To Be Successful, You Will Have:
n
n
Minimum 1 year experience in ECOM pick packing or 3PL warehouse environment
n
Experience using RF scanning equipment and warehouse systems
n
Strong attention to detail
n
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, high-volume environment
n
Capability to work both independently and within a team
n
Availability to work Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends
n
Flexibility with shift start times
n
Reliable transport (limited public transport access)
