Core (Skills and Experience
n Vendor and Stakeholder Management
n
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage vendors, delivery partners, andbusiness stakeholders.
n
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills to ensuresuccessful project outcomes.
n
Architecture Governance and Presentation Skills
n
Proven experience preparing and presenting solution designs,
architectureartefacts,
and recommendations to governance forums.
n
Ability to engage with Transport governance bodies, including ArchitectureDesign Review Forum (ADRF), Architecture Governance Design Authority (AGDA).
n




Compliance and Assurance Support
n
Experience supporting and contributing to internal assurance and
complianceactivities,
including:
n
Cyber Security Assessments
n
Records Management Assessments
n
Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA)
n
Other governance, risk, and compliance reviews as required.
n
Agile Delivery Methodologies
n
Solid understanding and practical experience with Agile delivery
frameworks,including
Scrum, Kanban, and iterative development practices.
n
Software Development and Solution Architecture
n
Broad understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and
softwarearchitecture
principles.
n
Experience designing, delivering, and governing website and mobile
applicationsolutions(React
Native front end and API middleware).
n
