Verandah Bar is the beating heart of Verandah Precinct — an inner-city jungle oasis at ***** Elizabeth Street, right in the heart of Sydney's CBD. We're serving up handcrafted cocktails, quality pub feeds, and fresh tap beer to corporates, sports fans, and Thursday-Friday dance floor regulars alike. We're part of the Tilley & Wills Hospitality Group, an independent, multi-award-winning hospitality group with over 30 years running some of Sydney and Brisbane's best-loved venues.

We're on the hunt for a Bartender to join our team. Monday to Saturday, no super late nights — just good drinks, valuable energy, and one of Sydney's most iconic CBD pubs.

What you'll be doing:
n
n
Crafting cocktails and pouring beers with speed and consistency
n
Running a busy bar during lunch trade, after-work rush, DJ nights and sporting events
n
Keeping the bar clean, stocked, and guest-ready at all times
n
Delivering warm,



engaging service to regulars and first-timers alike
n
Working closely with the floor team to keep service moving
n
n
What we're looking for:
n
n
Previous bartending experience in a busy pub or bar environment
n
Current NSW RSA
n
Confidence behind a cocktail station and on the tap
n
A genuine love of hospitality and good energy on the bar
n
Availability Monday to Saturday
n
