Job Description
As a Learning and Development Consultant, you will be joining a team of L&D; professionals that drive and support all Learning initiatives for our front-line call centre & retail member centres. You will be responsible for designing and delivering learning and development activities that support and drive the strategic objectives.

This position is being offered as a full time ***** month contract, based predominantly at our Collier Pass office, Joondalup.

What will you be doing?
n
n
Make recommendations on processes aligned to current business practice and emerging needs
n
Identify and implement the most effective and effective learning methodologies, with a focus on digital learning practisesand face to face engagement
n
Assist with the design and implementation of virtual onboarding and training programs to a large audience of adult learners
n
Conducting training sessions as required ensuring competence in both in the controlled classroom type environment and in relation to the workplace
n
Initiate learning interventions that support change impacts and projects
n




Collaborate and continuously improve common methodologies
n
n
What you will bring:
n
n
Knowledge of RAC Sales and Member Services products, with the ability to apply this experience to design and develop effective training tools and initiatives
n
Relevant and up-to-date knowledge of adult learning methodologies and practices, particularly in planning, developing and delivering training workshops and courses
n
Trained across Roadside Assistance products and services is desirable but not essential
n
Proven ability to engage with multiple stakeholders across diverse locations
n
Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
n
Strong capability in identifying and assessing learning needs
n
Ability to collaborate effectively within a learning team, while also working confidently and autonomously
n
Demonstrated commitment to health and safety
n
Excellent time management and organisational skills
n
