Casual Supervisor/ Relief Club Supervisor

Club Macquarie is seeking a motivated and experienced Casual Relief Supervisor to join our team in a hands on role. Casual with opportunity to Perm/ Part-time position. You will provide leadership and support to our Club Supervisors and Operations Manager, ensuring seamless service delivery and an exceptional customer experience for our Members and Guests.

Duties include but not limited to:

Assist in the coordination of the daily operations of the Club, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, procedures and regulations.
n
Provide excellent customer service, liaising with Members and Guests to address their needs and resolve any issues that may arise.
n
Assist with the overseeing and coordination of Club events and functions, working collaboratively with other team members including the Functions Manager and Head Chef.
n
Competency in working and overseeing all areas of operations, including Bar, Cellar, Bistro, Gaming, Tab and Keno.
n
Ensure a safe and secure setting for both staff and patrons, adhering to all Health and Safety guidelines.
n
Effectively communicate with the Management team both written and verbal when required.
n
Opening and Closing of the Club (when required) securing all areas and directing Security Staff when required.

What we're looking for
n




Experience in a Supervisory or Duty Manager role within the Hospitality or Club industry (Minimum of 2 years experience), preferred.
n
Broad knowledge of all Club Operations, including Gaming, Tab, Keno, Cellar, Food and Beverage, including relevant regulations.
n
Accuracy in Cash Handling with Opening and End of shift/ Safe reconciliation preferred.
n
Excellent customer service delivery and the ability to foster a positive, welcoming atmosphere.
n
Availability to work weekends and public holidays, (penalty rates apply).
n
Confident and engaging personality.
n
RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gaming) Minimum. ARCG Preferred.
n
RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol).
n
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with a diverse range of customers.
n
Ability and confidence to conduct and oversee promotional activities.
n
Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment.
n
Current drivers license and reliable transportation.
n
Australian work rights are required for this position
