About the role
n
We are looking for a reliable, hands‐on Technical Assistant / Production & Warehouse Support team member to join our Production & Installations team at Mount Waverley.
n
This is a practical role with plenty of variety. One day you may be helping prepare simulator booth components in the workshop, the next you may be packing stock for a venue, assisting with an install, checking equipment, helping with basic simulator support or keeping the warehouse moving.
n
This role suits someone who enjoys working with their hands, likes learning how things go together, takes pride in being organised and wants to build a long‐term pathway in production, installs,



warehouse operations or simulator support.

What you will be doing

Assist with simulator booth builds, workshop preparation and production support.
n
Assist with measuring, cutting, carpeting, fitting and preparing simulator components where trained and authorised.
n
Help prepare simulator screens, mats, curtains, projectors, camera boxes, sensor systems, auto tee devices and related equipment for install or venue support.
n
Support install preparation, packing, site readiness, venue handovers and venue-based support tasks.
n
Assist with warehouse organisation, stock movement, inventory counts, consumables, shipping and receiving.
n
Pick, pack and prepare shipments for venues, production jobs and install requirements.
n
Use tools and workshop equipment safely and maintain clean, organised work areas.
n
Assist with basic simulator troubleshooting and equipment checks where trained.
n
Communicate clearly with team members about task progress, issues and blockers.
n
Support the Production & Installations, Warehouse and Simulator Operations teams as required.
