We are currently looking for someone to join our housing team as the Leasehold/Housing Officer. This is a full time, max term contract role, working 38 hours, Monday to Friday based from our office located in Bathurst.

Responsibilities will include:

Building and managing our Leaseholds portfolio in Bathurst
n
Building strong relationships with the local real estate market
n
Ensuring targets are achieved
n
Managing all tenancies within the Leaseholds portfolio including sign-ups, inspections, and maintenance
n

To be successful, ideally you will have experience in real estate, with intermediate IT skills, strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. This is a fast-paced role, so you must also be highly organised and energetic.

Experience working with vulnerable client groups, an understanding of the needs of people on low incomes, and a desire to make a difference in our community will be highly regarded.
n
You will also need a current drivers licence, ability to obtain a Police Check and Working With Children Check.

The Leasehold/Housing Officer is classified as a Level 4 under the SCHADS Award, which equates to $92,279 gross per annum. This will increase on an annual basis in line with the pay points in the Award.
