Key Responsibilities

Design & Develop: Build, optimise, and integrate new features for the mobile application.
n
Collaboration: Work closely with design and product teams to deliver seamless, intuitive user experiences.
n
Code Quality: Write high-quality, maintainable code with strong test coverage.
n
Leadership: Contribute to architectural decisions and establish best practices for mobile engineering.
n
Mentorship: Mentor team members and help elevate overall engineering standards.
n
Performance & Reliability: Continuously improve app performance, accessibility, and reliability.
n

Skills & Experience
n
n
Experience: 3+ years in React Native,



TypeScript, and JavaScript.
n
State Management: Familiarity with tools like React Query, Zustand, Redux, or Context.
n
Testing: Strong understanding of testing frameworks (Jest, React Native Testing Library, Detox).
n
Native Development: Exposure to native iOS/Android development (Swift, Kotlin, Objective-C, Java, C++).
n
API Integration: Experience integrating APIs, SDKs, and platform-specific modules.
n
Design Systems: Knowledge of design systems and responsive UI principles.
n
Version Control: Proficiency with Git workflows (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket) and agile tools (JIRA).

Passion for Coding: A passion for clean code, continuous learning, and mentoring others.
n
Bonus: Contributions to open-source or personal development projects.
